Who am I?
I am passionate about human relationships and I strongly believe in the potential of every person and in our strength to surpass ourselves. A woman of conviction, persevering, optimistic, I aspire to convey my values and accompany people in their personal or professional choices in alignment with their deep aspirations. Coach in personal development, certified at Transformance Pro Paris, School of coaching Vincent Lenhardt, I accompany individuals towards self-assertion and change, within the framework of their professional or personal life. I practice in two languages, French and Greek, since 2008 and I propose a recognized expertise in individual coaching, team coaching, intercultural coaching and training within companies. I use various theoretical models and tools such as management theory, demand analysis, frame of reference, degrees of autonomy, group dynamics, Vincent Lenhardt’s work on the functioning of the teams: the stadiums Evolution of a successful team, the steps indispensable to this evolution, the role of the Leader or the manager, the different types of intervention (ORF model). I also rely on humanistic psychology, transactional analysis, a powerful tool to better understand the mechanisms of human functioning and improve our communication with others. I am a MBTI certified practitioner (Myers-Briggs Type indicator) personality indicator. I adapt my posture, my pedagogical tools and my intervention procedures, my client’s requests and the context of situations to create with him the appropriate terrain and conditions conducive to the process of his personal development and/or Professional. I respect the framework and ethics defined by the profession and I refer to the ethics of the ICF (International Coach Federation)
My career
I started my career in language teaching in Paris and then in Athens. I then founded and ran my language school in Greece. I have developed my skills in international companies, taught multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, organized and conducted trainings, gathered teams around a common goal. Confronted with an intercultural environment I became aware of the richness of the different cultures, as well as the need to take a step back, to get out of the comfort zone to go to meet the other.
